Mac or PC
The question has been posted all over for years now. So which are you?
Here at Advanced Networks & Web Solutions, we have always been pro PC, but in the beginning of March 2009 we decided to give Apple a shot. This was a big mistake...
Let us explain:
When you buy a PC, you boot it up and you still need to install drivers, run windows setup and download every single Microsoft update from here to Timbuktu (real place!)
So, our experience with a Mac was as follows:
Plug in Mac to monitor and power up.
Where are the crazy installation tips? Where are the download to make my sound compatible? Which update am I suppose to get?
Um....we were shocked. The Mac, recognized any peripheral connected to its ports. It even downloaded all drivers on its own to make itself work. It detected the network and installed itself as a node, all while we were surfing the web and watching a video.
Ok, so what are the down falls to using a Mac? You tell us.....
